“Celebrity” Reaction: The Other One From The TriForce

We’ve invited all of the nation’s Official Top 10 “Celebrity” Games Journalists to give an acceptance speech. As well as a generic question asking for a reaction, we included a personal question for each “celebrity”. Half have bothered to respond, so over the next few days, we’ll be posting them in the order we received them.

Quickest off the mark (and therefore obviously the most pleased to be in the Top 10, or just the least busy) was that guy from The TriForce. Not Ste or Simon, but the other one.

“I'll level with you: it's just the latest in a long line of accolades and celebrity appearances for me. And besides, I have no clue whether you're using the term 'celebrity' or, indeed, the phrase 'Top 10' in a pejorative sense or not. I mean, either way, it makes no odds to us because people hate us and we don't care etc. - after all, I cry myself to sleep every night anyway (though that's more to do with all the bodies at the bottom of Simon's garden than because I worry what people might think).”

Pejorative? Us? We meant every word. We love almost all of the Top 10, especially The TriForce, as they’re the only ones on the list to have the bollocks to exchange links with us.

The specific question we asked The TriForce was, seeing as they took up three chart positions, “Who’s 5, who’s 6, and who’s 7?”

“I like to think of myself as 5, 6 and 7, particularly when I'm hanging out by children's playgrounds.

Erm, can you continue to refer to me as The Other One, please?”

Your wish is our command, Dave Taurus. Whoops.

Good effort, the other one. The RAM Raider salutes you.
